Who can benefit from MBSR and Mindfulness coaching

MBSR and mindfulness coaching are particularly beneficial for individuals dealing with chronic conditions and everyday stress due to the profound connection between mental and physical health. Chronic illnesses often bring not only physical discomfort but also emotional and psychological challenges, such as anxiety, depression, and feelings of helplessness. What is even more significant is that scientific research has demonstrated that high levels of stress and low resilience to stress can inevitably manifest physically, leading to the onset or worsening of various illnesses such as chronic pain, insomnia, digestive disorders, chronic fatigue, anxiety, immune conditions, memory decline and more.

Testimonials

“I am becoming more present in the moment… Both the good ones and the bad ones. I’m less fearful while awaiting test results. I’m less stressed and more accepting of what is happening and dealing with it.” – A.B.
