Cynthia Powell, MA, NBC-HWC, MBSR-T, IWLC, is a dedicated health and wellness coach with a deep background in mindfulness and integrative wellness. Holding a Master’s degree in Education and Human Development with a concentration in Organizational Leadership and Learning, she brings her expertise as a National Board-Certified Health and Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC) and a Certified Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction Teacher (MBSR-T) to her work. Cynthia specializes in supporting individuals on their paths to resilience and holistic well-being, currently pursuing her Doctorate in Education with a concentration in Health Communication and Leadership.

She’s known for her practical, compassionate approach, guiding clients toward sustainable lifestyle changes and improved mental clarity. At GWCIM, she offers the Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) program, Mindfulness Retreats and Workshops, as well as participates in many educational public events.
