Since its founding, Four Directions Wellness has been fully affiliated with the GWCIM. Led by Mara Benner and Catherine Miller — both practitioners at GWCIM — FDW has offered a warm, grounded space in the Del Ray neighborhood of Alexandria, VA for ten years, helping individuals explore the connection between mind, body, and spirit.

Reiki Certifications and Trainings
FDW offers traditional Dr. Usui Reiki certifications at Levels I, II, and Master, as well as Holy Fire® Reiki, a contemporary approach that deepens traditional Reiki practice.
A one-hour Reiki self-care virtual training is offered twice monthly — an accessible entry point for those new to energy work. Catherine also offers individual Reiki sessions both in person and virtually, a convenient option for GWCIM patients wherever you are located.
