For people living with Long COVID, Qi Gong may help with fatigue and anxiety, motility and flexibility, and restore a sense of vitality without overexertion. Our group provides a safe, supportive space to practice together and promotes healing at your own pace.

Through simple movements, mindful breathing, and relaxation techniques, Qi Gong helps reduce anxiety, support balance, and encourage circulation. Practicing in a group setting can also foster connection and engagement, promoting overall well-being and a sense of peace for both participants and caregivers.
