Please join us ONLINE every Friday at 2-3 pm ET for a FREE mindfulness experience organized by the GW Office of Integrative Medicine and Health (OIMH) and AIM Health Institute.  Sessions start with a short talk on COVID-19, a Q&A, and then 30 minutes of mind-body exercises. This is a reoccurring event that will have different facilitators each week. We look forward to connecting with you!
