Supporting Those Who Support Others: A Monthly Care Partner Support Group

Are you caring for a loved one with mild cognitive impairment (MCI), Alzheimer’s or dementia? You don’t have to face this journey alone. Join our Care Partner Support Group, a compassionate community where care partners share, learn, and find strength together. Group is facilitated by Dr. Sally Novak, LCSW, DOM, L.Ac., MSW, and other members of GWCIM ReCODE team.

What We Offer

  • Time: 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM Eastern Time
  • Where: Online (Virtual Zoom Meeting)
  • Cost: $30/monthly per participant
