New Dates: Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction Course, April 22 – June 17, 2024

Welcome to 8-weeks Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction Online Course!

Join us for an 8-week workshop taught online by Nina Paul, Qualified MBSR Teacher and Health Coach.

Participants will meet 8 Monday evenings for 2.5 hours  with one all-day session.  

From April 22th to June 17th, 2024: every Monday evening 6:30-9 pm (EST) on Zoom.  No class on Memorial Day.

All-Day Session will be held  on June 1st, 9:30am -2 pm (EST)

Sessions will include:

  • Guided activities including seated meditation, body scan, gentle movement, and other mindful practices
  • Exercises to improve awareness in everyday life
  • Interactive learning with group dialogue and mindful communication
